Your Maki email signature

Fill your details, hit Copy signature, paste into Gmail. Nothing is sent anywhere — this page runs entirely in your browser and remembers your details locally so you can come back to it.

Type it how you want it read. The tel: link is built automatically.

Other clients, and what to do if it looks wrong

Outlook (Mac / Windows / new) — same copy-paste into Signatures. Windows classic can also take a saved .htm in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
Apple Mail — paste in, then untick “Always match my default message font”.
Superhuman / Spark / HEY — paste the rendered signature.

Logo missing? It's a hosted image, so it appears once images load — it is never an attachment. Spacing looks off in Outlook? Outlook renders with Word; the layout degrades to a plain two-column table rather than breaking. Pasted as code? You copied the source instead of using the button — try again.

Gmail has no org-wide signature setting, so rollout is this page plus a note to the team, or a tool (Exclaimer / WiseStamp).
